ANZ will be performing system maintenance on the mainframe which will delay posting accounting entries to the creditor account for payments processing through the NPP Platform.
As a result of the planned activity:
• ANZ Internet Banking & ANZ Mobile Application will be temporarily unavailable.
• Appointor NPP outbound payments will be accepted and held in a "PDNG - Pending" status and continue processing once the change is completed.
• NPP Inbound payments will continue processing with all Participants with expected delays in posting the accounting entries to the creditor account and processing acknowledgements to Appointors.
